Top PickInk! Coffee

Newly renovated, it’s now bigger and better than ever.  A local favorite b/c of the hand-roasted coffee that tastes so, so good.  Smoothies and bagels too.

Victoria’s Espresso & Wine Bar

The coffee is delicious here and they have $1 refills!  You can grab some delicious munchies too.  It’s a good place to have a business meeting (they’ve got wifi).  Sit outside and do some people watching, summer and winter.

Parallel 15

If you need a morning break, Parallel 15 is the place…quiet, comfy couches and free wifi.  A new spot in town that’s a little hard to find (under the art gallery).  Just ask a local, and they’ll point you in the right direction.  Grab a chai for a change.

Saxy’s (Basalt)

The most-preferred place to go for coffee in Basalt, Saxy’s rocks.  Friendly staff.  Great atmosphere.  And you’ll always see a friend you know or meet a new one.  A great community place and good place to work (free wifi).  Indulge…order the frozen chai.  (The bagels are good and fresh too.)  Don’t stay too long, you’ll get a parking ticket!

Peach’s Corner Cafe

A new spot – light and airy with a view of Ajax.  Another great place to meet a coworker over coffee (free wifi).  Or, try a smoothie.  Actually, order anything — ALL the food is incredible (and organic) and so are the cappucinos.

Starbucks

At last, the tried and true!  It’s like all the other Starbucks, and that’s a good thing.  There’s one difference though.  It’s at the base of Ajax so you get to watch all the skiers coming and going in winter, fumbling with their gear.
