Kenichi Aspen

A step or two up from Takah, Kenichi just underwent a gorgeous makeover to reflect their contemporary Asian cuisine.  Sit at the sushi bar and watch the funny and talented sushi chefs work their magic.  Or for a more intimate dining experience — grab a booth. Order the Blake roll, named after a former employee who passed away.

A neighborhood favorite, Russets has been delivering great service and exceptional food to residents of Carbondale and beyond for years. They have a great bar area and a nice side patio for those perfect summer evenings in Colorado.  They use only the freshest ingredients. Certified angus beef has no anti-biotics or hormones.  Gluten free options too.  Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence in 2010!  Love it.
