For over 22 years, the historic, 125- year-old Kaiser House known as the Hearthsthone Restaurant has been a local’s favorite for hand cut steaks, game and fresh seafood. Come as you are, take in the views, enjoy a perfectly chilled martini with delicious appetizers followed by a dinner of Colorado Lamb, Ginger Sea Scallops and a bottle of your favorite California Cabernet.

Mountain Flying Fish, Breckenridge’s newest sushi restaurant, has already earned a great reputation among locals and visitors alike. Le Petit Paris

Located on Adam Avenue, Le Petit Paris serves traditional French cuisine in an elegant bistro setting.

Known for having the best burritos in the high country, Lucha Cantina is so much more than that!  We also have Tacos, Nachos, Quesadillas, Homemade Salsas, and all your favorite drinks. South Ridge Seafood Grill

This place serves up some of the finest seafood in the mountains! Although the menu relies heavily on the freshest seafood, it also includes pasta, hand cut steaks & Colorado lamb.  It’s the perfect spot for drinks and appetizers or a multi-coursed dinner served by Summit County’s finest waitstaff & bartenders.  Great (daily) happy hour too!



Great atmosphere here!  Modis is where the mix of red brick, dark woods and warm light typifies Breckenridge’s evolving aesthetic of Victorian charm and urban swank. It serves an eclectic menu of bistro and Asian-flavored fare, like smoked duck and wild mushroom tart, Thai bouillabaisse and a New Zealand blue nose grouper. Sit in the upstairs loft overlooking Main Street.

Fatty’s is the oldest pizzeria in Breckenridge for a reason. The Dredge Restaurant & Bar

A Piece of History! From the early 1900’s up to 1942, there were a total of nine dredges operating in Summit County. Since there was a railroad, there was a reason to build these huge dredges. This two million pound floating restaurant is a replica of one of the largest and longest operating dredges. It was the last dredge operating and stopped forever in the Blue River in 1942.  Try the shrimp and crab stuffed red trout or the Elk Tenderloin.


Briar Rose Chophouse & Saloon

The Briar Rose Restaurant & Bar, named after the old Briar Rose Silver Mine located on top of Peak 10, was once a boarding house that served hearty meals to tired miners. Enjoy cocktails in our trophy bar with its aged diamond dust mirror. The Victorian ambience and moderate prices make the Briar a must when dining in Breckenridge.  Hours: 5:00pm – 10:00pm
