You just know this will be an incredible performance! Returning to Aspen is BB King, the blues guitarist ranked the No. 3 “Greatest Guitarist of All Time” by Rolling Stone. He is also a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee and Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award.

King has played more than 15,000 shows in more than 50 years, and he continues to keep thrilling crowds despite threatening audiences with a Farewell Tour in 2006.

Top PickAlmost Queen

“Bohemian Rhapsody,” “Another One Bites the Dust,” and “Crazy Little Thing Called Love” all done “better than the Queen that’s out there touring,” according to Howard Stern. As part of Gay Ski Week festivities, proceeds go to support the Roaring Fork Gay & Lesbian Community Fund, funding local and national programs promoting GLBT initiatives and diversity. There will be an after-hours DJ set following the Almost Queen performance.

The concert takes place at 10:30 pm on Thursday 1/20 at Belly Up.  Tickets are $75.
