保險杠水性漆噴涂滴溶劑問題分析及解決方案

摘要：隨著保險杠水性漆噴涂產量的提升，帶來了滴溶劑不良等品質問題，通過現狀調查、原因分析，再到方案提出和最終解決，給出了一整套完整的問題分析解決思路。

Analysis and Solution of SolventDropping in Bumper Water-based Paint Spraying

Abstract:With the increase in spraying output of water-based paint for bumpers, thequality problems such as poor solvent dripping have been occured. From thecurrent situation investigation, cause analysis, and then to the proposal andfinal solution, the complete set of problem analysis and solution ideas werepresented.
