The Blue Lion

Located in a charming refurbished older house that owner, Ned Brown, purchased in 1978, The Blue Lion has been a Jackson Hole favorite seven days a week offering everything from simply the best rack of lamb to fresh fish served with full-flavored sauces and salsas. Other house specialties include crab cream cheese stuffed mushrooms, freshly made Caesar salad, elk tenderloin and fresh Idaho red trout. Save room for one of their homemade scrumptious desserts or the Blue Lion’s long-standing regulars — Mud Pie, Tiramisu or Russian Cream.


The Cadillac Grille

The Cadillac Grille is really a complex of four distinct dining experiences.  The Cadillac Grille offers some of the finest food and service around.  Billy’s Giant Hamburgers (on the other end of the store) is a 50s style diner where hamburger is king.  Meet in the middle at the Cadillac Lounge, or enjoy the Garden Terrace if you’re meeting up with a large group or special occasion.   Hungry yet?


Gamefish Restaurant

Located in the Snake River Lodge, Gamefish showcases a creative menu of American cuisine including Oregon country beef, wapiti, and other regional favorites with an emphasis on sustainable and organic alternatives. They boast an international wine list or choose from a diverse selection of beers on tap.  If you’re a hotel guest, room service delivery from Gamefish is available 24 hours a day.


Mangy Moose

Only the freshest ingredients are used to create wonderful menu selections at Mangy Moose.  Their menu changes daily where they serve up homemade soups, delicious salads and a variety of appetizers.  Entrées vary from fresh Idaho Trout, Line Caught Wild Salmon and Halibut Tacos to Kobe Steaks, Baby Back Ribs, Buffalo Meatloaf and half pound Burgers.  Not to be overlooked, their breads and deserts are made fresh daily in the Mangy Moose Bakery. Yum!


Nani’s Pasta House

Nani’s Genuine Pasta House offers truly amazing Italian food in a cozy atmosphere. Each month a new region of Italy is featured in addition to an extensive classic Italian menu. Nightly specials include homemade ravioli, pastas, steak and fresh fish dishes. Our breads and pastries are baked daily and only the best imported pasta, Parmigiana-Reggiano and Prosciutto are served.


Gun Barrel Steak & Game House

Revisit the past! The setting at Gun Barrel offers a traditional western hunting and fishing lodge full of authentic Native American and cowboy artifacts. The kitchen staff serves up ‘the Old West in a new way’ from its open river rock mesquite grill.  Order their hefty hand-cut steaks while sipping bordeaux from their award-winning wine list. Choose from buffalo, elk, quail, trout, mixed game grill and game bratwurst among other exotic western dishes. With a selection of 17 Scotches, 20 bourbons and 18 draft beers, the Gun Barrel is also the deepest watering hole in the ‘Hole’.


Calico Italian Restaurant & Bar (Teton Village)

Bustling throughout the year, the Calico Italian Restaurant and Bar serves a wide-ranging menu of Italian food for the entire family. A casual, comfortable place to be, the open kitchen allows you to watch as Calico’s meals are prepared – from rotisserie-cooked chicken and prime rib to New York-style pizza (build your own pizza!). An assortment of pastas, soups, salads and appetizers are also available as are daily specials of fresh fish, risotto, and pasta. Fresh bread and scrumptious desserts are baked in-house daily.


Solitude Cabin Dinner Sleigh Ride

Wrap up in their lap robes and enjoy a memorable ride by horse drawn sleigh along an alpine trail at Teton Village.  Then, settle down to a hearty dinner in the comfort of Solitude Cabin. The four course meal includes your selection of: Roast Prime Rib Au Jus or Filet of Broiled Salmon along with your choice of beer and wine. Dinner rides begin at 5:00 pm and 7:30 pm daily.


Silver Dollar Bar & Grill

Are you in the mood for a memorable western dining experience?  Fully restored in December 2005, The Silver Dollar Bar & Grill has the look of black walnut tables, doors, and millwork. In addition, there are over three hundred individual 1921 Silver Dollars inlaid and displayed throughout the dining area. Highlighted with original western artwork and a refurbished original Wort Hotel Roulette wheel, eating at The Silver Dollar Grill is more than just a fabulous meal. It’s an experience.


Teton Pines
